The prices shown are valid only for Italy and include VAT, containers, packaging.

Paying by bank transfer, the goods will be shipped only after verifying that the credit has been credited to our current account. The reason to be reported on the bank transfer must indicate: the order number, name and surname of the originator.

In the current state of the banking system, the transferred amount is credited to the beneficiary’s c/c no earlier than 3/4 working days from the date of execution of the same. If we do not receive payment within 10 days of placing the order, the order will be cancelled.

Billing
The subjects obliged to request an invoice must request it at the time of ordering, communicating the data, including the VAT number by e-mail (info@prodottidelcontado.it or prodottidelcontado@alice.it) or by telephone/fax (080-601644).

Delivery
The Company Oleificio Cooperativo Contado delivers directly to the address indicated by customers when ordering; depending on the area of destination of the goods, deliveries may take place in a period of time ranging from 2 to 15 days, barring setbacks.

Shipping costs
Delivery takes place at the customer’s home by adding a fee to the order price which varies according to the quantity ordered:

Up to 20 lt./kg. €15.00
Up to 30 lt./kg. €20.00
Up to 50 lt./kg. €25.00
Up to 80 lt/kg. €30.00
More than 80 lt./kg. FREE

The costs will be calculated and indicated in the cart when completing the order.
The Contado Cooperative Oil Mill delivers throughout Italy using NEW TRANSPORTO ITALIANO as a courier.

Right of withdrawal
The Customer pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/05 n. 206, has the right to withdraw from the contract within 10 days of receipt of the goods and proceed with the return of the goods, giving notice by registered letter with return receipt addressed to the company’s registered office: Oleificio Cooperativo “Contado” – Società Cooperativa; S.P. Toritto – Quasano Km 0,500 70020 – Toritto (BA) o tramite pec all’indirizzo mail prodottidelcontado@pec.it.

In any case, it is advisable to contact the company as soon as possible using our telephone numbers. The products must be returned intact, placed in their original packaging complete in all its parts with adequate external packaging to be paid by the customer. The goods must be sent to the company address. Attention, products sent after the deadline to our warehouse and lacking the above requirements cannot be refunded. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can choose from the following options:

– disbursement of a purchase voucher which must be spent within a year of its generation, under penalty of forfeiture of the credit;
– replacement of goods;
– crediting of the money, indicating the details of a bank or postal current account< /p>

The refund concerns the price of the product and the costs of the first shipment and will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. The only costs charged to the customer are those relating to the return of the goods.

Failure to collect
If the Courier delivers the goods and the customer does not collect the ordered products without a suitable reason, the non-collection will be determined. This involves the automatic charge of the return shipping costs of the package which will be withheld from the purchase/order bank transfer and the remaining part will be refunded as specified in the “right of withdrawal” section (see above).< /p>

Product not available in stock
In the event that the chosen product is temporarily not present in our warehouse, we will contact you via email or telephone to decide together how advance the order (full refund, pending replenishment).
